Today, this is what I ate.
Breakfast- a banana
Lunch- a big peices of pizza, 4 carrots, and some milk
Dinner- fettichini alfredo, 2 garlic bread halves, and a small caesar salad
How did I do today on eating???****

u did ok but u need to cut down on the carbs

Sounds pretty good.i had half a wheat bun for breakfast. Straberry juice, cherry yogurt, and a pear(sp?) for lunch...snack*it get's ugly* I had chips and some of those little hershey things*choclate...why?!!*...and some fruit. Finally For dinner I had a vegy burger and cornmeal muffin and some cheese and more vegitables. and then an Ice cream bar...I could have done better. that's ok...worked my buns off tonight. I actually like working out...Am I nuts? I guess it's time for me to think and stuff. I found that if you can find some really awsome music, each day you can push yourself to work out for ne more track. like the killers and Les Cage aue Folles sound track.
