I cant do a real pushup for my life, ok, maybe i can do 1 orsomething... Real being the ones that they do in the army or whatever. I can do lots of the "girly" ones, from the knees. Are those as effective as the real ones? For triceps i mean. Cuz with the real ones i really cant support myself with my arms, i dunno, im not so overweight that i cant spport my own weight, but im also tall, so i dunno if that factors in... So should i keep doing the girly ones (like 40 a night), or start trying the real ones, and do like 5 a night?

I asked my gym teacher and he said to do what you can do and push your self every time and you will be able to do the "guy push ups" and the girls.

of course, and thing is great. see, like me u have a hard time doing real pushups, well, if u do girly ones, u get stronger and will be able to do real ones!!!
