Hey. 1. Stay Hydrated. Always. 25% OF THE TIME you think you're hungry you're reallty thirsty.(also Avoid drinking calories, ie, soda and juice)
2. Find something you like to do for excercise. And start SLOW. then gradualy progress. I crank music when i work out and if I don' feel like working out I just kinda dance or jump around(ie: slamdanceing with uot a mosh pit)
3.I don't eat meat, and I lost about 27 pounds after I gave it up. I don't know what you like to eat or what your personal beliefs are, but at least limmit red meat and don't eat dark meat even in fish. That's where the animal stores all the intoxicants it consumes...it's kind of like a "fishy beer-gut".
4. Stay positive, and don't beat yourself up if you slip when dieting because it just weakens your self esteam and self control.
