Hi everyone, I am new to this site. I want to start exercising but i am to embarrased to run or walk outside. I walk but only to work and sometimes back. But I don't really worry about the exercise just eating. When I am not working I eat and eat and when I get home from work I just eat. I am so sick of it because I don't want to get a heart disease or diabetes. But I think I am ready to get started on losing weight. My weight is stoping me from doing everything. All I do is think about what people think and it is horrible. I always wear sweatshirts to cover it up because of the way I look and I can't even express myself because I am embarrased to wear the clothes I actually like to wear. But anyways I hope I can get a little help from this site if you guys have any comments at all please write to me. Thanks So much and I wish you all the best of luck!! OH and I have a shirt like Leona's that says "got hops" with a shadow of a basketball player. What does that actually mean?

NO NO NO! First off, you can eat whatever you want for breakfast ,as long as its healthy. Anything from an ommelette to ceareal, as long as its HEALTHY. And second, if you dont eat ANY sweets, then its more likey that one day you will have such a HUGE craving that you will eat an entire cake or something stupid like that. So, allow yourself something once a day, or once a week. Like one cookie after dinner, instead of 10. Or an icecream cone on Sunday, instead of everyday after school. Its al abotu portion control. And even fats and the unhealthy stuff have that little tiny place on top of the food piramid.
