Hey guys whats up!! My bday was sunday. well i have losted 5 lbs in 2 wks but the problem is that i dont eat breakfast and at lunch i dont eat much but when i get home all i do is eat some one help me

Reply from lola, Age 15 - 04/13/05 - IP#: 217.44.135.xxx ok the reason u eat when u get home i sbcos u havent had any breakfast. If u wanna burn calories in the day u need breakfast and if u dont have breakfast then you wont burn as many calories and youll be more hungry in the evening.
