HEY, I DID REALLY BAD TODAY, ON DESSERTS. OKAY WELL BREAKFAST-BOWL OF CHEERIOS, BANANA. THEN AT BREAK, THEY WERE SELLING THESE BIG COOKIES, AND I SPLIT ONE WITH MY FRIEND! UGH. THEN LUNCH-CHICKEN DUNKS LUNCHABLE, CARROTS, 2 STARBURSTS, GOLDFISH. THEN I RAN AT TRACK, THEN MY COACH HAD HERSKEY KISSES FOR US. I HAD LIKE 13 CARAMEL KISSES. THEN FOR DINNER I HAD LASAGNE, GARLIC BREAD, AND SALAD (SMALL SALAD) THEN I HAD SOME MORE CHOCOLATE. IF I HADNT HAD THE HERSHEY KISSES OR THE CHOCOLATE AFTER DINNER, WOULD THIS DAY HAVE BEEN SO BAD??

Its okay to have one day where you slip, but get back on track the next day and be good about what you eat, and you'll do fine. If you have trouble resisting sweets, try realy hard to say no..then after awhile its easy
