You guys have really inpsired me! Tho this is not a major succes story its a big success to me! I have been looking for a true way to lose wheight. I was recently babysitting and I wheighed a HUGE 197!!! I am trying to get down to arround 145 for a trip to florida in Late june! I want to eventually be down arround 130-135. But i have really started commiting and that is a huge success for me. I am cutting out soda and stoping snacks...espeaclly junk food one. Not like fruit and things. Cut down on everything you were planning on doing, but also go out and exercise a few times a week.
But make your goals reasonable; 50 lbs in 2 months is probably impossible. I'd say shoot for something like 2-4 lbs a week.
