My cousin and I went to our first Weight Watchers meet last week. She started the day after, but I didn't because I didn't understand. We went back to the meeting last night and she lost 3 in a half pounds the FIRST week! I actually gained a lot of weight. She really inspired me and, now that I understand because she explained it to me. I started this morning and when I woke up the first thing that came to my mind was..I remember I was excited about something but what..OH YEAH started Weight Watchers! I've been in a great mood all day and I will be till next week when we weigh in! Omg I'm so excited! I just wanted to say that it's a great diet and I think everyone should try it. Also, I had a question for anyone whose been on it for awhile. For how many weeks do you loose weight kinda fast like the first two weeks or what? Is it like the first two or three weeks you loose a couple pounds then it starts coming off every couple weeks? Just wanted to know thx for listening!!
Reply from zoe, Age 13 - 05/09/05 - IP#: 195.93.21.xxx hi my name is zoe. i dont go to school but i have been looking for something to make me loose weight because all i do all day is sit and everyone picks on me and i just want somebody to help me that is why i wanted to ask you to tell me how you lost 3 pounds in a week but the thing is that all the diets that i have tried to do have got vegtables in and i hate them all. the things i like the most are chocolate and cheese. the things i eat for the day are : BREAKFAST two toest. LUNCH cheese sandwich with chocolate bar and crisps. dinner sausages and jacket with cheese and gravy. SNACKS apple, yogert, chocolate raisens. THE THING IS THAT I WANT AN EXERSISE TO DO AS WELL. I WEIGHT 11 STONE I HAVE LODES OF MATS AND I WANT TO LOOK LIKE THEM SO CAN YOU HELP ME PLEASE THANK YOU ZOE XXX

Reply from meg, Age 16 - 04/13/05 - IP#: 70.23.146.xxx heyy good job , umm i WAS on weight watchers but my mom dropped me off it because of private reasons but one thing i can say is i remember losing like 4.8 pounds the 1st week and then tha second week was like goin down you dont lose it fast and its not very easy but just give it a while and the weight will come off, also excercisee .. well okay good luck ! bye
Reply from Cara, Age 15 - 04/13/05 - IP#: 68.194.70.xxx Heyz! I've been on WW for quite a while and have lost about 20lbs so far. it's a great program and really works. For the 1st few weeks u loss a lot pretty easy, but thats just water weight.If you stay with it and remember to excerise, you can drop 1-2lbs a week. good luck!

Last week I followed everything perfectly and lost 2.8 lbs. All together in 6 weeks I've lost 6.2. It's not great, but I did slack off, and there is NO more slackin' for me. I hope this will help u! DON'T SLACK OFF! And u can use the flex points for an after weigh-in treat! That is what I do at least! Good luck this week!
