Yo. In how long after you start your diet and excercise do you see results?

1 week, but it isn't a very big chance. People will probably start to notice after 2-3 months.

dependson how much you do! i say if you do it about 1 hr a day 5 times a week i would give it a month!

that all depends on what type of exercise&diet you're trying. if using weight the results are faster, if dieting on low carbs and sodium etc. the results are normally slower.

about a week or two...depending on how much you have to lose if you already are pretty skinny then you will most likely see a little bit of muscle gain and if you are overweigh you will probably see inches leave very fast depending on your body type...
