i have lost a total of 25lbs, (going from 180 to 155). But My goal weight is 135 by the last week of school (2 months). I dont mind if I am not exactly 135, but somewhere around it. But I've hit a platuea, and need help losing the rest of the weight. If any of you guys have an idea or exersizes..something..to help..please talk to me.

I dont know if it will work for but it does for me. When i hit a plateau I trick my body by eating a little more than usual for lie 2 days then i go right back to where i was and it works for me every time. If u dont wanna eat more just put a little more activity in your day. GOOD LUCK!!!!

i have hit the plateau too. i have lost about 20lbs so far, and i can't lose anymore. this wednesay morning i weighed myself and it said that i lost 2 or 3 lbs since last week. i weighed myself today b/c its friday and its look like i put on 2 lbs. i went from 215 to 194 or 193.5. i wanna get to 150 for now. (my short term goal. my long term goal is to be in the 130's or 120's because i am only 5'2 and a half. (about) GOod luck!!!!!!!
