hi my name is matt ad i am 5"6 and i am 209 pounds!!!AHHH!! plz help me would it be possible to be down to 160 by next september october?? i need help so if any one has hotmail or msna dn wanna help me plz reply r if you have any tips on how to help me lose the weight i wanna lose my stomach most and i also need some tips on eating plz reply i really need help

First off try eating fewer portions of food u really only need portions of the size of your fist becuase thats the size of your stomach. Also instead of eating 3 BIG meals a day try eating 5 little ones for example; salad wit chicken, lotz of veggies, fruit and if u like it a good thing to eat is fish.NOT FRIED!lol another good tip is to drink lotz of water and cut out the soda and sweets. It sounds hard but its not. Just make it apart of your daily life. The next big thing is EXCERCISE.For you, the best way you should start is to walk 30 mins everyother day or if u can everyday.Once you have mastered that try jogging for 15 mins everyother day and just work your way up. I PROMISE YOU will see results!
