hey yall im so happy so far ive lost 50 pounds from the south beach diet..it saed my life its been a little less than a yaer adn ive stayed at this weight for a while so i got power90 and ive been working out with that and ive gotten skinnier and a lot mroe stronger and im healthier im stil at the same weight but the image in the mirror is awy different... you guys dont give up on yourselves because you can do good things and achieve what you want..i heard a saying once..its goes the only time you will see success before work is in the dictionary. if any of yall need help i would loveto help you because we ant do anythign in this world alone..we all need help an i got loads of it and im here for anyone who needs it jsut email me at hilbil1912@hotmail.com

That quote you said " the only time you will see success before work is in the dictionary ". Is one of my favorites. I wrote it on my bedroom wall and everyday I read it and it helps me get up and go for my goals. Anyone can do anything if they put their mind to it.
