Hey Everyone! So far I haven't done very good today, for breakfast I had a english muffin with strawberry cream cheese and a banana, For lunch I had a grilled cheese, 10 prezels and a low-fat pudding. I hope I do better for supper. So far I've lost 84 pounds!!! Woo-hoo! any tips?

My nutritionist told me that the average amount of weight one can put on in 1 day is 1 pound and that is just by eating 4 McDonald Double Cheeseburgers WITH a large soda for breakfast , 3 slices of Extra cheese pizza and 3 cups of Orange Juice for lunch , and a Red Lobster Dinner. Not including Snacks. So you really didn't do bad at all. But if you still think you did bad go outside and walk or jog for half an hour.

You didnt do too bad, the cream cheese has alot of fat in it, and grilled cheese isnt that healthy, but it is ok to have once in a while. It is fine, but try having some vegetables, and lean meat for dinner.
