im soo frustrated. every week i do SO well with my diet, this week i got down to my lowest weight ever. then guess what.. i pig out!! i think that my mind thinks that its okay to pig out since im at a good weight, but i can't do that!! every weekend i always end up pigging out, and i hate it. i wish i could just go for a week eating healthy, no bingeing, and attain my goal.. how do i do this???

keep your mind off food keep yourself busy you know go out shopping with friends go outside and walk talk on the phone go see a movie keep entertained

You sound like me, I do that too! It is frustrating, it is a mind thing. Just tell yourself that you cant do that. lol. If you do good for like a week, and you feel like you want to eat, let yourself have a small treat, like a good piece of chocolate, or something that way it wont be a binge, and your diet isnt ruined. For now just get back on track, and shrug it off.
