I did really really bad yesturday and really really good 2 day!!!! It is so annoying! But, I went 2 one of my friends surprise b day parties and I had one piece of pizza, 2 pieces of cake, and 2 servings of ice cream! Plus, we went to the movies and I had cotton candy! Today I had one piece of pizza (not good), a pep. lean pocket, chips w/ salsa and sour cream, and a skinny cow ice cream and I walked quite a bit b/c I felt bad a/b yesturday. WHAT DO YOU GUYS THINK?

your eating to much junky foods wheres the fruits? veggies? proteins? healthy fats? you need water and nutrients your eating things like chips but salsa is really good it is considered a free food in many books meaning you can eat it anytime but without the chips and at the party you could have taken portions one slice of pizza was good but instead of eating cake and icecream you could have chosen just one of them or eaten a small serving of each but your diet doesnt have anything like your body needs but walking was good you should at least do it 3-4 times a wk if you need ex: on diets or any help you can email me xOxT4NIxOx@yahoo.com

Yea it's fine that you went ahead and had fun at your friend's parties. Just start eating healthy again.

none of that is very nutriotional food....you might want to try cereal or something and a bannana for breakfast, a snack of fruit or some crackers, lunch have a sandwich and dinner have a small serving of what ever your parents cook...
