hi my name is niki and i just found this site and i want to learn how to lose some weight and i need some support. im 5 3 and i weigh 140 pounds and i would like to weigh 105 by the summer can anyone tell me how to do this thanks so much

well i dont think you will get to 105 by the summer because thats a short amount of time but you can lose weight you can exercise and start eating the right things or smaller portions of things

There are lots of ways to lose weight. It's like this. Eat less. Eat healthier. Exersize 30 minutes or more per day, and drink lots of water! It works as long as you haven't already been doing that. 105 is like the minimum weight before being underweight for your heighth. You should set a more resonable goal, like about 115-130 by the summer. You really have to be deticated to your change in diet and physical activity. No days off. Anyways, good luck!
