ok for sure I want to loose weight and i 've wanted to for the past like 3 years and every year i say this is the last year i'm gonna be fat and it is . I want to weigh 50 lbs less by this november 1st (my b-day) I plan to do this by eating healty and under 1500 calories a day and walking 35minutes on my treadmill do any of you think that that will help me get down to my goal weight. thanks buh bye!!! any help or anything would be great !!!

yeah but you need to at least eat 1500 cals a day and you also increasing your exersize a little bit each time is good like first start off at 20 minutes then next week 30 minutes always stretch also because first you might be a little sore but your body will get used to it try jogging and try also different exersizes everytime to make it more fun

oh yeah DRINK PLENTY of water and do muscle toning excersizes! like crunches pushups squats all that good stuff and you will do GREAT!!!

THAT IS A VERY GOOD PLAN just stick to it ! and just remember a treat isnt a full days worth of calories and a treat is not every day! also focus on the goal that you have especially when you have cravings ask yourself do i want to be like this my whole life or am i gonna step up to plate and think hm..it aint worth it? thats something you have to push yourself past! and it PAYS OFF good luck!
