oh yeah i forgot to ask something else... next week is the end of trackpractice and meets so i was wondering what should i do for excersize after that is over??? should i continue to run every day or should i find an alternative excersize or what?

you can still keep running and you can do other exersizes like jumping jax jump rope sit ups crunches turn up some upbeat music and just dance even if you dont know how just move your body go to the gym with some friends try to get involved in some sports

DO NOT stop running regularly....you MUST push yourself to work just as hard as you did during the season!!! if you dont....within 1.5 weeks of not running...you will have to start all over with your endurance and speed!!! then the next season will be like your 1st year all over agen
