Reply from helen, Age 15 - 04/18/05 - IP#: 68.158.33.xxx Matt, all you need to do is make small adjustments each day or even each week... get active START NOW not when you know everything you can thats just procrastinating just now start small look at what your eating and change what can be changed and what cant be eat in smaller portions ...and excersize just do small stuff until you get better from the whole shoulder thingy and dont listen to reb that was really imature of her to say that no one cares because people do ...just dont give up on your self...
