i ate really bad today, but i think i'm going to maintain from it and hopefully not gain. I think I like myself the way it is, but i need to run faster and losing weight helps me do that. eeek sometimes i hate track, but most of the time i love it. ::sighhh::

yeah i know what you mean... its not necesarily that you look bad but its that you need to do this to improve your time and just all around keep up with every one... i love and hate track all the time... i hate sprints but i do them and i love distance and im always up for it lol well just hold and keep everything up except the weight lol
