HEY..WHAT'S EVERYONE'S TRACK TIMES...IN LONG DISTANCE, L IKE THE MILE, 2 MILE AND 800? IM JUST CURIOUS ABOUT WHAT I SHOULD BE AIMING FOR

Reply from helen, Age 15 - 04/18/05 - IP#: 68.158.33.xxx my 800 is 3:12 my mile and two mile i have no idea because those arent my events...but when i time them ill tell you if you want...truly it all depends on whether or not you are in shape to run...if you dont seem to be decreasing the time then you need to push yourself harder on sprints even if you run a two mile ..and you need to push yourself harder at distance like set a distance...and then set a considerably harder pace and do that for about a mile then move it up a little more and so on so forth, thats if you are really serious about it
Reply from Kaitlyn, Age 15 - 04/18/05 - IP#: 216.74.216.xxx You shouldn't gage your time compared to other ppls. Run a mile and time it, and then set a reasonable goal. Such as if you run in 12 min. make it your goal to be able to run it in 11 min and 30 sec. in 3 months. Good Luck!
