hey ya'll, im having back proglems from my weight and i have weak knees... are there any excersizes to help that? also just so you know 3,500 calories makes you gain 1 pound, i learned that in a nutritional video...

yoga and stretching helps and you can excersize but just dont excersize really hard it helps to stretch before you start for at least 15 minutes walking should help a slow pace walk

try water arobics too. i am a swimmer its harder to lose weight when you swim but water arobics will help other mucles and you get to dance to good music in water. its fun and good just try it.

Like the other person said, swimming is great for your joints and such. Also, do exercises that will build up muscles in those places because then it won't hurt them so much do other, more strenous exercises. Good luck! *Ray*Ray*

SWIMMING!!! it has absolutely no impact on joints just muscles!!!!also stationary bikes are great and i think after you get the weight off you will have less knee problems...
