Hello. I come to this site, probably twice a year to go on a diet. But EVERYTIME I try to start one, I always end up quitting like a week after!! I get soo frustrated, and I am getting so extremely fat, it is scary. I want to go on a diet, I just need to know how to keep mysaelf from being hungry all the time, and stuff like that! I am 5'4 and weight almost weigh 300 lbs!! It is just sad.I REALLY, really want to lose this weight and keep it off. Tomorrow, I am starting a diet, and I am going to stick with it this time!! Reply from NiNi, Age 14 - 04/23/05 - IP#: 205.188.116.xxx well you cant just start a diet if you dont believe in yourself you need to motivate yourself i am going to do this i can do this i dont care what everyone thinks also if eating is a problem then ask your mom to cut off the junkies buy things such as sherbert fat free stuff also excersize even if your tired start off by walking 10 minutes then increase it to 15 then 20 minutes if you keep gaining weight you could end up really sick also always come here for encouragment get your friends to come excersize with you maybe one of your friends will be willing to diet with you so it wont be alone you need to keep it up because after you start its all smooth sailing but its always that big push at the beginning you need to believe in yourself and not give up always think of your health

You can make exercise at least semi-fun. Ask your friends to go walking with you or go to the mall and walk. Stuff like that. Your not fat I am fat I ued to weigh 650 pounds, now that is extremely obease considering Im only 4' 9" Im wider across thatn I am up no joke. Right now I weigh 512 I ve lost that much in one year. If u can loose 100 ina year you"ll be down to two hundred pounds. Just keep tring. I know you can do it! Go Diet!
