Hey everyone!
I am 13 years old I"m 4' 9" and I weigh 143 pounds! My BMI is 30.9. This is obease. I am probably shorter and fatter than all of you. Not that u guys are fat. I look like a big blob of fat. Most people think my weight is mostly muscle, but its not its mostly fat. My doctor told me I need to loose 12 pounds but I've gained one pound. So now I need to loose 13 pounds. I really want to loose 43 pounds, and I have to do this by august 15th. My doctor didnt give me weight lose tips he just told me to loose it. When he was talking to me I felt really uncomfortable because he was probably 70 pounds overweight himself. He looked like he was living on dougnuts, and sugar. Can any one help me loose weight. I'm going to start starving myself. I really want this guy to ask me out and I feel my fat is getting in the way. Thanx Bye

well again you cant do this for a guy you need to do it because you are motivated and thats what you want for yourself and people who starve themselves actually gain more weight i know from expierence because your body needs nutrients and proteins and if you starve yourself and eat lets say something small for dinner then your not going to lose it your body is going to store it because its not getting enough food so it saves it for later and also you could mess up your body system but what you could do is eat at least 1500 cals. a day lots of fruits veggies no junkies and healthy fats like chips is not a healthy fat things like fish or meat and then you need to get rid of your negative attitude if your going to call yourself fat and stuff your going to have to believe in yourself i mean we believe in you but you need to believe in yourself also or your just going to give up make this a fun project

Whatever you do, don't starve yourself; lose it healthily.

Actually, 100 pounds isn't underweight, since she's so short. I'd say don't go below 90-95, tho.

First of all, you don't need to lose 43 pounds. 100 is unhealthy. I'd say 23 at the very most. Second, losing weight just for a guy isn't a good idea. What if even when you do lose the weight he doesn't ask you out? Don't make it your only motivation. Third, don't lose weight by starving yourself. It's unhealthy and stupid. It makes you look like you just want attention. Ask your parents for help and lose weight the right way. *Ray*Ray*
