Hey everyone, I really need some help. I have tried to diet many times, but I never make it. I have wanted to lose weight for the longest time. Everyone in my family are all in shape, alot of times I feel left out cause I can not do keep up or wear the cute cloths that they wear. I am 5'2 and weigh 148 pounds. I try to jog on the treadmill for 30min a day. I am not eating that well right now. If anyone knows a good place to find healthy recipes pls let me know. pls help me. thanx

you can find healthy recipes all over the net and you can find them in those women magazines they have a bunch of great diets plus your not that overweight 143 lbs i mean 120 lbs is good and you can be that much in 2 mo or a little more if you excersize a good amount of time and eat right

I agee with both of you! Mix those 2 things together and you can drop weight quickly. Don't be discouraged by your family. There your family...they will help you.

u av to find the right diet for you personally thats how u'll stik to it. Like me I eat loadsa choc stil but only eat 1200 cals a day but incoperate it into healthy eating its simple and u stik 2 it. But sum uva ppl find it easier to cut all treats out its up 2. go on fitday.com u cn plan evrefin on der

If the rest of your family is in shape then join them with whatever exercise they do and try to eat what they eat because its most likely healthy. You can put in "Healthy Recipes" in any search engine and get plently of recipes that will tell you the exact calories and everything. Good luck! *Ray*Ray*
