Here I am looking for some help I just want to scream I am a 17 year old girl and I am overweight(250 pounds) Or what people like to say OB I so frustrad to I try diet after diet and it just seem not to work but then again all my friend can eat whatever they want and so I do to I just need some to talk to someone just like me. HELP ME!!
Reply from NiNi, Age 14 - 04/23/05 - IP#: 152.163.100.xxx well first dont give up yet theres still hope and you have to that your friends dont weigh that much well idk but if they dont then they must have a fast metabolism maybe you just havent found the right diet and dont call it a diet it needs to be a life change like instead of 2 pizzas eat 1 you know cut your portions then cut down to no sodas drink a lot of water you need to eat but make it into healthy fats a lot of fruits veggies and keep it that way people eat junk food once in a while like if your craving dont stop yourself just dont over do it but if you crave everyday then you need to control yourself if you need help then email me xOxT4NIxOx@yahoo.com if you need anything else

Reply from helen, Age 15 - 04/19/05 - IP#: 68.154.36.xxx ive been in your situation...i use to be called the fat girl i would use to eat the same things as my friends because i figured if i wanted to be skinny all i had to do was eat everything they did ...I WAS WRONG!! the reason they can eat all that stuff isbecause they have a high metabolism/ or they have a smaller stomach and eat less of it either one ...so just try and shrink your stomach it small meals every hour and a half...if it helps make on meal say for breakfast...you have cereal fruit, then all you need to do is split the serving of cereal in half and it one serving the first hour and a half then the next after that hour and a half is over...and then it the fruit...do the same for lunch and dinner if you want! TRUST ME IT WORKS i went from 175 to 115...but then last summer i gained twenty pounds because i just didnt listen to when my stomach was full...and now i have to shrink it again... this is going to take A LOT OF SELF CONTROL dont say well i dont have any or right then and there you have already gone wrong, use a POSITIVE ATTITUDE drink lots of water and find an excersize that you like or you can live with and also do crunches,pushups, andsquats..they pay off too if you have any more questions my email is lilbritchick@hotmail.com or my aim screen name is britishness89 well i hope to hear from you and GOOD LUCK!!!
