*sigh* I don't know if this is bad or not, maybe you can tell me.This morning, I ate one slice of bread(toasted) with a slice of cheese and apple juice. Then, for lunch I ate chicken noodle soup with bread. I was going to eat 2 mozzerella sticks later on, but instead, I went to the movies with my friends to go see The Amityville Horror, and we ended up eating at McDonalds and I got fries and a chicken sandwich...The exercises I did were--50 jumping jacks,stretches,50 push ups,cardio jog,100 crunches,back stretches and back muscle builders,i worked out my thighs, then did 15 more push ups, then 50 more jumping jacks. After a while, I played Dance Dance Revolution for about 40 minutes.*smacks head* I am soo worried that I screwed up by eating at McDonalds! Please, please, reply telling me if I did bad or not..Maybe,hopefully, I am just worrying for nothing!! Thanks!
Reply from NiNi, Age 14 - 04/23/05 - IP#: 152.163.100.xxx well you were doing great but micky d's wasnt good but its okay once in a while it wont hurt but next time try asking to eat somewhere healthier ask her if she wants to go to subway or a place where you know where they have good healthy food and see you kept yourself busy instead of eating the cheesestick if you always keep yourself busy you wont think about food

Reply from kat, Age 14 - 04/19/05 - IP#: 66.183.177.xxx everything sounds good, except the mcdonalds, but you'll get back on track and all that exerciser probably burned it off so dont worry. mcdonalds is okay once in a while next time when you have a chicken sandwich ask them for no mayo and order a small fries, or order something off their new healthy choice menu =)
Reply from helen, Age 15 - 04/19/05 - IP#: 68.154.36.xxx you made up for the mc donalds with the excersize...but dont count on that all the time dont be like well if i eat this ill just work it off later because that isnt what a diet is for its for self control and being able to control yourself instead of fixing the mistakes you know? well other then that you are on a good path to losing weight...KEEP IT UP ADD WATER AND FRUITS AND VEGGIES IN THERE *i didnt see any* and you will see results fast!
