Reply from NiNi, Age 14 - 04/23/05 - IP#: 152.163.100.xxx first of all dont listen to what people tell you i know its not fun to be made fun of but if you stay on a 1500 calorie diet exersize a lot and drink a lot of water and jucies not too much sugar then you should lose weight but just because you have 1500 cal. doesnt mean eat whatever to fill it in you cant eat stuff like chips because that is full of a lot of bad fats and saturated fats and dont eat like ice cream if you want get some low fat sherbert like one cup and eat it for a snack for lunch take a turkey sandwich or ham or low fat cheese sandwich on wheat bread with some baked chips eat some fruits throughout the day and for dinner eat fish 1 cup of rice and some veggies drink lots of water and no soda drink diet drinks and try to drink things low in sugar none of that capri sun or HI-C drink cranberry oranje apple grapefruit juice or get some equal or sweet n low and drink some sweet tea but with those sugars i usually excersize 2 hrs but 30 minutes is good enough you could do like running walking jogging around the house or block go to the gym work out take the dog for a walk dance to some upbeat music go out and play sports like basketball soccer even if you dont know how to play well it still has a lot of running gather up some friends go to the park and play a game of soccer or play a round of basketball

Since your thirteen I think this would be a good weight loss goal. So aim to loose 60 pounds. It seems likea lot but its not. I weigh 140 and Im aiming for 100 so I no how you feel. Ive already oss three pounds. Once again good luck.

Heres a diet plan to follow during the school year: Breakfast- a peice of fruit and a bowl of healthy cereal Lunch- (bring it to school) A vegtable a rice cake yogurt a sandwich (with meat in it or a sub) then bring a healthy drink like V8 juice or water. After school work out- run two laps around your house. (If someone can help you this exercise might be eaiser.)Do 10 sit ups, 10 push ups, and 25 juping jacks, then you can either do wall sits for 25 sec intervals, or you can do 25 sit ups. week after week tou should increase your workout. When your done with this drink water, but only a tiny bit at a time. (During the day you should drink a total of 8 glasses of water) You cannot eat for 45 min after this workout. If you do eat then have a fruit vegtable of rice cake. Then for dinner have one seving of meat, one serving of vegtables, and 1 serving of wheat. (Bread, bicuits etc.)You should drink milk or water for dinner NO POP even if everyone else is.if you have a snack before bed make sure its no less than one hour. If you have it any time less than hour before bed you will gain at least one pound probably two or three pounds. After dinner if you feel up to it you can walk or ride a bike around your block. If you stick to this plan the weight should fly off of you. Good luck on your weight loss. Bye
Reply from Katie, Age 15 - 04/19/05 - IP#: 209.112.213.xxx All you need to worry about is what you think. Don't worry about what others tell you. If you want to lose weight, then drink a lot of water, and eat lots of healthy foods. You still need to be full, but off of healthy foods.
