I get sad when i only lose 1 or 2 pounds in a week it doesn't seem like that much to me. Is that bad?

loosing more than 1 or 2 lbs a week is not healthy and if you want to lose more than that a week then your just gonna regain all that weight loosing 1 to 2 lbs a week is very normal you shouldnt feel bad about it because dropping pounds isnt magic its going to take time if you want to keep it off dont get discouraged if you lose 2 lbs a week 2 times 4 weeks a month is 8 lbs a month 8 times 4 months is like 32 lbs

why would you feel bad...its an improvement not a set back and plus when you have been losing 1-3 pounds a week for like five months that adds up so much and you will start to see the difference and feel GREAT!! well good luck! and just remember if its not a set back its GREAT! even if you stay the same...at least your not gaining...but thats not to say gaining weight is bad because a lot of time people gain weight by gaining muscle which really cancels its self out because it makes you burn more calories..well GOOD LUCK!!!

1-2 pounds is actually the recommended ammount that you should lose a week.

trust me it adds up 2 pounds is the perfect weight to lose a week i am so happy when i lose 2 pounds dont worry just keep on going at it
