I asked this b4 but didnt get a straight answer. If you burn like 400 calories in excercise is it bad not to eat them back.

yeah thats good because the best to eat for our age is around 1500 cals. because we are still growing if you burn 400 of those calories then theres nothing wrong with eating them back thats the point when you eat less calories and more excersize thats how it takes it off you dont have to eat i back but just dont eat too much less and dont overdo yourself

Yes that's horrible! Very terrible for your health. You will gain lots of weight if you do that a lot....just kidding it's good...you lose weight that way.

Burning 400 and not eating it back is okay, but you should be eating at least 1200 cals (in addition to however many you work off). It takes something like burning 3500 cals more than you eat to lose one lb so make sure that you're still eating healthily and if you're hungry after exercizing, eat! just try and keep it to natural carbs (which give you energy)-- like different fruits or nuts in moderation. hope this helps but it sounds like you're doing great!

sure its not bad!! thats a great benefit of exercise.. its like if u eat a candy bar.. and burn all of the calories that are in it, it'll be like u never ate it!!
