hi guys maybe u can help me out im 13 i weigh 66kg and ive been fat since i was like 8 and now i cant get out of snacking i try not to eat between meals but i cant help it cos my familys kitchen has a lot of junk food in it and ive always ate when i want when i was younger and i like playing crickt but my weight often means i get real tired and have to stop

yeah i learned in science when you get cravings it means your thirsty for water and you could ask your parents not to buy junkfood i told my parents not to take us out to eat because i cant help myself but now that i have control over it its okay to go because i can control it plus if your parents still want junkfood for other them or other people in the family tell them to go to the gas station and buy the small bags or want ice cream to the icecream place you know and sometimes you can have some junkfood just not so much get a small portion and also if you keep yourself busy you wont think about food go out with some friends take a walk with the dog if you like a particular sport go out and play it

When i get a craving for junk food i drink a bottle of water and then in ten minutes see if i still feel hungry and if i do i have like a very small portion of what i wanted just to get the taste. Good Luck

Ask your parents to stop buying juck food and sodas. Also when you get a craveing go for a walk or do something to get your mind off food. You could also try avoiding the kitchen.
