today wasnt that bad i guess. I had about 1500 calories and i'm about to go to dance for an hour. ugh i'm so bored of dieting. i hate food. i hate being obsessed with it and my weight and myself. i'm so self centered. roarrr btw i read somwhere that if you multiply your weight by 15 thats how many calories it takes to maintain your weight so 135 times 15 is 2000 something. Hmm So I'm negative 500 right now. I suppose I better start exercising a little more. i dont know, i'm so not in the mood for this diet crap anymore. : / <3

Reply from kels, Age 16 - 04/21/05 - IP#: 204.234.17.xxx i heared u multiply it by 11
Reply from Catherine, Age 16 - 04/20/05 - IP#: 24.19.141.xxx I heard that if your really active then you multiply it by 14. So I think that is pretty high. I heard multiply by 10, if you are sedentary. So if you want to weight 130, you eat like 1300, unless you are active then you can eat a little more. At least that is why I read in my fitness magazine.
Reply from Michelle <3 - 04/20/05 - IP#: 206.148.117.xxx yeah its probably not exaactly accurate, but 100 pounds is pretty light so to maintain that you probably cant eat that much. who knows? everyone's different anyway. <3
Reply from CANDACE, Age 15 - 04/20/05 - IP#: 68.187.33.xxx THAT'S HARD TO BELIEVE THAT IF YOU MULTIPLY YOUR WEIGHT BY 15 ITS HOW MANY CALS YOU CAN EAT TO MAINTAIN BECAUSE THAT MEANS SOMEONE NATURALLY THIN, LIKE 100 POUNDS AND 5'4 OR SOMETHING, WILL GAIN WEIGHT IF THEY GO OVER 1500 CALS?? HMMM...IM NOT SAYING YOUR WRONG, BUT IM JUST CURIOUS TO FIND OUT MORE
