IS IT BAD TO HAVE MCDONALDS SOMETIMES IF ITS IN PORTION?? OKAY...HERE'S MY DAY...BREAKFAST-SMALL BOWL OF CHEERIOS, LUNCH-CRACKER STACKERS (300 CALS) CARROTS. THEN FOR DINNER I HAD A REGULAR CHEESEBURGER (LIKE 315 CALS)AND A FEW FRYS. IS THIS BAD?? I RAN 3 MILES, WALKED 30 MINS, AND DID 10 100 SPRINTS. OKAY WELL THEN I HAD A BUNCH OF BANANA BREAD, THATS BAAAD, SO DID I DO GOOD BEFORE THE BANANA BREAD??
Reply from NiNi, Age 14 - 04/23/05 - IP#: 152.163.100.xxx well cracker stackers arent a good snack and if you go to the mccdonalds website they have the calories for their meals but each meal like the burger the calories for the fries arent included and the burger is full of a lot of bad fats and oils try eating something like a grilled chicken sandwich but i mean mccdonalds once in a while isnt bad i mean you can have some because i know its hard just try next time to eat half of the burger or get something grilled i think they have grilled chicken sandwich? and get it without fries

Reply from kels, Age 16 - 04/21/05 - IP#: 204.234.17.xxx i eat mddonalds all the time, i get a kids meal and eat ALL the fries, yum. or sometimes i get the apples and carmel they have 100 cals for all the apples and caramel, a cheesburger (regular) has 310 cals, a hamburger has 260, the samll fry has 230, and the chicken nuggets (my fave) has only 170. I love chicken nuggets w/ apples and a diet soda, or have a milk for 100 cals and a lot of calcium (170 for the choc milk) dont get apple juice though, sounds healthy but full of useless sugar
