I feel so bad I lost two pounds in one day and the next day I gained the two pounds back can someone help me loose 20 pounds in one month. I want to be skinny for my eight grade graduation. i want to wear a nice dress that actually looks good on me. HELP PLEASE!!!

Just eat healthily, like instead of eating a cookie or cake for a snack, eat carrots or an apple. And exercise an hour a day and do toning exercises. If you do this you can lose like 5 pounds. If you keep doing this, you can probably lose the other 15 pounds this summer.
