right ok this is really strange, i woke up this mornin and i weighed myself and it sed i was 187lbs which i thouhg ok as yesterday i ate loadza junk food and not punk ne thin on. ive just come back from skewl and weighed myself - i know am not ment to but hey lol and which all ma skewl uniform on i now only weigh 185lbs??? and ive weighed ma self 4 times and im still 185lbs ive eaten normally today so far 800cals another 500 for tea to go but how the hell can i lose 2 lbs and plus ive drunk about 1.5 litres of water?!?!?!?!?

weight does change like crazy about 2 wks ago i weighed myself and i was 210 and then i weighed myself the next week and i got up to 214 but the thing is that i was working hard on dieting and drinking then the next day i weighed myself again and i was 210 again so it does change sometimes it could be water or muscle but i usually dont weigh myself everyday because i just think it discourages me even more so i just try to stick with what im doing and weigh myself around every 2 wks my doctor said once a month is better but 2 wks is good to see your progress

Weight can fluctuate between a few lbs alot. I think it's pretty normal. But I guess since you didn't eat alot you could have lost a pound or so.

Haha yah weight shifts like theres no tomorrow. Take me for example. I gained 5 lbs in 2 days just because I drank a lot of water. It doesent mean I GAINED 5 lbs. Its impossible to gain 5 lbs in 2 days. But you get what I mean. Weight shifts like crazy. So you shouldnt weigh yourself alot, thats what I did! And I'm trying to break that habbit.
