Hey, I REALLY need help losing weight...but ive been really sick lately and i cant do any exersizes without completely losing my breath like 10 sec. into the exersize. It sucks..so Ive been trying to take it slow and easy but the thing is.. theres this guy (lol like always) and (i mean i TOTALLY want to loose weight for me) his name is Tyler..hes moving pretty soon..ALL the way across the US, and ive liked him for the longest time(almost 3 years)..i mean hes not shallow or any thing but his maily attracted to FIT skinny girls..which is totally NOT me, and hes moving in Mid-June..and i really want to loose atleast SOME weight before he leaves but I have NO IDEA how to do that, can any one help me plz? this is my only reasource and i really need the help!!!...I want to do this more than any thing in the world i just dont kno how..so plz ne thing u guys could tell me...I WOULD LOVE 2 KNOW! thanks -Charee (plz Reply)

Reply from krista, Age 17 - 04/21/05 - IP#: 148.137.187.xxx Well I understand that you are trying to lose weigth, but first you need to know within yourself that you are already beautiful. Now depending on what type of neighborhood you live in, consider running/walking around the block for at least 5-8 times, jump rope for 15-30 mins. You can also go swimming by joing a club or if you have your own pool do at least 15 laps up and down. When it comes to the eating try not eat past 7 o'clock. Try only eating veggies, natural fruits, meats, NO BREAD, RICE, PASTA,at least for two months. Drink plenty of water. Now if you want to or if you crave sweets limit yourself to diet ice cream(Atkins) or sugar free cookies 5 at the most. ALso try to work out at least 3-4 days a week for an hour and do not weigh yourself everyday, do it every day or two and try eating salads, with meat (ham, turkey,whatever) Just have fun with it do not over exceed your work out in the beginning program your body so that you can get adjusted and stretch before you begin> I hope you take this advise wisely dont use pills, or any other fake stuff do it naturally and youll fell better.
