ugh what a day. i guess it wasnt too bad. let me know what you think...
breakfast: granola bar cals: 100, lunch: chicken quesadilla cals: 400, grapes cals: 60, soy chips cals: 140, snack: gummi bears cals: 300 and then I went and ate icing from the tub : / lol i couldnt resist so that was about 400 cals i think so in total i've had about 1400 cals today maybe and hopefully a little less. I'm not going to eat anything else and I'm about to go to a track meet and run about 2 miles. Then I'll work out with weights and stuff. tell me what you think pleeease : / <3

you are eating up to 1400 calories which is good but the stuff you're eating isnt full of healthy fats and its full of a lot of sugar such as icing is full of lots of bad fats and sugar and gummie bears are too but what you're doing is perfectly fine i know sometimes people just cant help it and if you have a really bad craving its good to eat what you crave just not all the time sometimes you do have to stop yourself
