hey, i'm 5'5 and 180.. my diet usually consists of a bowl of cereal in the mornning, a school lunch, i get home eat a bowl of cereal, eat dinner, and maybe like a snack of 3-5 cookies.. on June 7th i'm going on vacation to mexico, and i definetly dont want to be stick thin, which i dont think is possible for me anyways, but ofcours im a a 14 year old girl and i wanna look good! haha, or at least decent.. so can you guys please give me some tips to losing weight? ive been trying for a year now, and please just give me all the advise you can.. what should i eat and what to do for exersise.. thanks sweets.. <3danielle
Reply from NiNi, Age 14 - 04/23/05 - IP#: 152.163.100.xxx well you could excersice at least 30 minutes a day i usually exercise 2 hours and i mean excersise doesnt have to be like working really hard you can like put some music on and dance constantly go outside and take a jog around the block play a round of basketball or soccer or you know something physical that keeps you going and drink a lot of water about 8 glasses a day no soda a lot of healthy food
Reply from Rachel, Age 14 - 04/23/05 - IP#: 69.250.235.xxx Breakfast- a peice of fruit and a bowl of healthy cereal Lunch- (bring it to school) A vegtable a rice cake yogurt a sandwich (with meat in it or a sub) then bring a healthy drink like V8 juice or water. After school work out- run two laps around your house. (If someone can help you this exercise might be eaiser.)Do 10 sit ups, 10 push ups, and 25 juping jacks, then you can either do wall sits for 25 sec intervals, or you can do 25 sit ups. week after week tou should increase your workout. When your done with this drink water, but only a tiny bit at a time. (During the day you should drink a total of 8 glasses of water) You cannot eat for 45 min after this workout. If you do eat then have a fruit vegtable or rice cake. Then for dinner have one serving of meat, one serving of vegtables, and 1 serving of wheat. (Bread, bicuits etc.) You should drink milk or water for dinner NO POP even if every- one else is.if you have a snack before bed make sure its no less than one hour before. If you have it any time less than hour before bed you will gain at least one pound probably two or three pounds. After dinner if you feel up to it you can walk or ride a bike around your block. If you stick to this plan the weight should fly off of you. Good luck on your weight loss.
