theres more 2 life than losing weight. if ur obsessed with it then chances r u wont lose it. i have been trying to lose w8 since i was like 13 n havent done it now i hve stopped obsessing ova it n just bein happy i have lost ova a dress size with just cutting down and being more active but nt exercising rlly- just goin out more. ne wayz laterzz

well you would probably have lost more then ten pounds by now if you were excersizing..because dieting will make you lose weight but if you lose like fifty pounds you will slook so gross and saggy if you dont excersize..because you wont be toned you will just be slim and have a bunch of lose skin ..so i hope you reconsider the excersize thing because having lose skin is worse then fat...

well i aint exercising and yet i have still lost ova 10lbs. i will exercise wen i can i cnt atm cos i have a bruised ankle. and reb i aint trying to sound ghetto im just lazy n cant be arsed to type properly ok!

You can start just changing the amount of activity, but whenever you hit a plateau you should increase it.
