i am so fat! i really want to loose lots of weight before a beach party happens in 5 weeks! i want to have a nice body to flash off in my bikii! Can i have advice on how to loose weight quick! please im begging for advice!!!!!!!!
Reply from Anna, Age 15 - 05/22/05 - IP#: 210.93.46.xxx forget bout the junk food, bread, pizza, spaghetti, soda drinks, fruit juices/drinks... and all that junk... start eating lots of carrots, apples, and pineapples (most vegetables and fruits qualify) ~ they require more calrories for digestion than they contain. Excercise lots (try walking from school, dancing, running, gym, chores, whatever makes u sweat)... u can make a great progress in 5 weeks! good luck and enjoy ur workouts!

Reply from NiNi, Age 14 - 04/23/05 - IP#: 152.163.100.xxx well if you exercise like i have been for 2 hours at the gym or anywhere i mean if you dont like exercising it doesnt have to be like machines you can exercise by dancing to some upbeat music playing a round of basketball gather some friends and go play soccer i mean yesterday in pe we played soccer outside and it was hot i mean when we came in it was like we took a shower and you can also eat a lot of healthy things and drink lots of water no carb drinks unless like diet drinks try it out and see if it works
Reply from kathryn, Age 17 - 04/23/05 - IP#: 84.160.220.xxx it doesnt happen that way. You dont lose weight "fast." Its either slow and steady or not at all. Knda like the turtle... Anyway, in 5 weeks, you could probably lose 10lbs if you tried really hard, but thats all, and you have to stop all junk food, exercise lots, and really just work hard. Weight loss is something you need to want REALLY BAD if you ever expect anything to happen. Otherwise, you are just wasting your time. If you want a quick fix, then google fad diets and enjoy fast and temporary weight loss. If you are in it for the long haul, then awesome, hang around here, and look at ppls posts-great tips and motivation. Good luck, whatever you goal may be!
