Hello everyone, how are you? I am fine, I am so worried thought! Sasha has been losing rapid weight loss and she is doing it the healthy way, like she excersises for 1 hr a day and eats about 1300 calories a day! she lost 8 pounds this week! is there something wrong? Like is this unhealthy for her?

Reply from NiNi, Age 14 - 04/23/05 - IP#: 152.163.100.xxx if shes doing it the healthy way then shes good usually if she has just started you lose more the first few weeks because shes losing water and her body is getting used to it most likely it will decrease to at least 1-3 lbs a week but if it doesnt then maybe she has a high metabolism
Reply from helen, Age 15 - 04/23/05 - IP#: 68.217.5.xxx No its not if she is eating that many calories shes fine..but the eight pounds wont be consistent for every week because if she is jsut starting..or maybe her metabolism just sped up she will most likely start losing one-two pounds a week or maybe stay the same weight for a couple of weeks other then that i bet shes fine...her body will make the adjustment..
