I am just curious so will everyone tell me what they do for exercise everyday and how it is working for them and maybe how long you have been doing that routine if you have one. Thank you it would be a HUGE help.

I have done this ruitine for a few weeks, and it is going better than my other ruiting which was doing a stationary bike for like 30 minutes and treadmill for like 20 minutes. On the first ruitine I have lost like 5 pounds.
Reply from NiNi, Age 14 - 04/23/05 - IP#: 152.163.100.xxx dont make exercisize boring if you like to dance pump of the stereo to some upbeat music and dance for about an hour thats what i do sometimes and i go to the Y and play a round of basketball even if you dont know how to play it burns a lot of calories or gather some friends and go to the park and play soccer or a sport you like i mean even if you dont know how its still fun i usually like going to the gym and i workout for 2 hours but you dont need to do that much if you cant 30-1 hr is good but i get encouraged going to the gym because i see other people excersizing and that im not alone i try to challenge myself to how much i can do like the other day i saw this girl about the same age as me run 7 laps so i tried to challenge myself how much i can run or if i can run faster than her make it fun not a chore :-)

Reply from CANDACE, Age 15 - 04/23/05 - IP#: 68.187.33.xxx any kinda excersise is good. just try to do 30 mins of cardio and then do some weights. if you dont weights, you can do pushups, lunges, etc. and do some crunches. that's about it! cardio can be anything..jogging, playing basketball...etc.!
