are lunchables bad?? i know some are..but what about just like a pizza lunchable with no candy? 290 cals, 25% calcium! is this okay for lunch with some fruit??

That calcium is great. As the first person said, they do have a lot of sodium in them, so don't eat them everyday. And eating fruit is great! Don't forget to drink lots of water, too!

well the capri sun thats in it is full of sugar and isn't good at all neither is that hi-C stuff but you are better off with a sandwich on wheat bread with fruits because i dont think the pizza taco and those other kinds are really good if you want get the one with turkey and crackers with cheese or the ham and crackers with cheese with some water or diet drink or very low sugared iced tea and no candy

All of the lunchables I know of are simple carbs, with minimal fiber in them. Unless they have new ones that I don't know that boast "whole grains" or something, you'd be better off having a sandwich or something.

Well they have a lot of sodium in them. So if you eat them once in a while and instead of the fruit drink, drink water and cut out the candy, there deffinitly fine!
