I used to lovee soda but im used to not drinking it anymore...but its still the other things i cant get used to stop eating...like fried foods and junk food...and i cant do the eat it but just in small portions cause it never works for.....so can anybody tell me how you can stop eating this kinda stuff??? Thanksss...

Well, right now at my house there is like 6 pieces of that yummy butter cream iced cake. So I am trying to risist temptation. But, my mom just bought me a pair of really cute capri's and I have 2 lose like 10 pounds to wear them, so I am keeping that in my mind. Have your mom or you buy a pair of pants or shorts that you have 2 lose like 10 pounds to wear, that should help. Good luck!

well its the same exact way you stopped soda thats the way i am im overweight and stuff but i havent had a can or drink of soda for like 3 years now but if you make yourself busy and active then you wont think about food as much and ask your parents not to buy so much junkfood or you can get the healthier kind of the junkfood like baked chips or fat free icecream low fat cookies but doesnt mean eat alot of them because they will add up as the post before eat carrots or something instead and pretend your eating a snicker bar lol i remember off of full house one time she was eating celery pretending it was a snicker bar and i tried that and it worked so you could try that

Say "MMM FRENCH FRIES!" and eat carrot sticks instead. You can actually hypnotise yourself to taste a certain kind of food! Weird, but true. You just got to be strong and try it.
