i am 14 i weigh 210 pounds i want to weigh 150 or less than that so i can do better stuff like i like to dance a lot but when i do i feel stupid because i overweight so any one have some details for by putting it on the bulletin board i have tried almost everything
Reply from Kaitlyn, Age 15 - 04/23/05 - IP#: 216.74.216.xxx I was that exact same weight. Yeah, it does suck to dance and it does make u feel weird, but you CAN do it! I began to walk more and eat more healthily and A LOT less junk foods. Walk like 30 minutes a day and eat three nutritional meals and one or two snacks. Nutritional meaning eating more vegetables/ fruits and go for leaner meats and skim milk and low fat dairy's. Good luck, keep us posted on your progress. I have lost 33 pounds in 1 year and about 5 months, but if you stay really committed you can lose like 10 pounds a month!
Reply from NiNi, Age 14 - 04/23/05 - IP#: 152.163.100.xxx im the same age as you and i weigh the same thing but i go to the gym everyday for 2 hours and i kind of have the same feelings such as there is alot of hot guys over there and stuff and when im on the treadmill i feel embarrassed because i just kinda feel that their looking or laughing but then i learned that if im doing something about it then i dont care because when i look good they arent going to be laughing and well you just need to excersize daily or at least 3-4 times a week drink lots of water and eat healthy lots of fruits veggies not a lot of sugar or sodas and no junk food if you need more help just send me an email xOxT4NIxOx@yahoo.com if you need more encouragment or diets or help
