I'm in a play, and I have a 2 hour dance class every Saturday for it. Will just simply doing the dancing every Saturday help me get more fit? Or would I have to make a lot more changes?

It will help a little bit, but you need to do some more exercising on your own.

2 hours of dance isn't enough you need to at least do 30 min-1 hr 3 times a week i go to the gym everyday and work out for 2 hours but you dont need to do that much if you can at least 30 min-1 hr 3 times a week and also i read somewhere 90 minutes of excersize is to lose weight and 60 minutes of excersize is to keep weight off
