hey guys!!! well u know around the holidays u gain a lot of weight right, well over the week after easter i gained 7 pounds and 3 inches and went up like 2 pant sizes. I thought i would wear my FAT pants till i work it all off, but they hardly fit! I tried them on and they fit perfectly, but then somehow the next week after working out a lot they didn't fit. it seemed weird that i had gain weight instead of losing it. So i went out bought two more fat pants. SIZE 15 and 17 and my stomach hangs over them and people are noticing that i am gaining more weight and are making more fun of me then they already did!!! SRY my stats are age 13 weight 179 and female. I also have a problem of overeating and have been trying to stop. If you can help me im me at irishblondie224 or dumbirishblondie! THANKS!BYE!

well if you were working out then you could have gained muscle and also it depends on what your eating you need to like find a diet and stick to it with the exercise your doing dont get discouraged when you dont lose weight on the scale because i dont look at the scale i look at my appearance because when i used to gain weight id be like WHAT?!? ive been doing everything right but my clothes would start to get big on me so i didnt worry to much about it plus at the doctor i weighed less then the scale i had at home

Most people do not gain very much weight over the holidays. You just have 2 watch what you eat and exercise. Try to change just a few things a week. Such as drink diet pop instead of regular and instead of watching 30 mins. of tv, walk the dog or go by yourself.
