Hi i am 5"2 and weigh 155 i want to loose at least 30 pounds how? what do i eat? How do i exersize?

Just walk a lot for exercise. Or you can ride a bike. Do those for like 30-60 minutes most days of the week. Also, eat lots of fruits and vegetables instead of fatty cakes and chips. Also, switch from regular pop to diet or water. Water is also important!

actually, a healthy weight for her bodytype, age and height should be within 92-135 lbs.
