Hey.. IM 15 years old.. im 5'5.. and like 180lbs.. IM kinda self concious about it.. ive been kinda overweight my entire life.. Im tryin to lose 30-40lbs.. Im not gona be like some of the people on here thinkin its goin to happen over night.. But i really could use a good plan.. and some good tips.. hey, like everyone said, just exercise. it will definitely help. also drink a lot of water.

I'm glad that u said that it isn't going to come off overnight, that is gr8 that u realize that! You should exercise like 30-60 minutes most days of the week. Try to eat healthily too.

you could eat healthy stuff and exersize those are the main things really to help lose weight
