hey everyone i am 5"6 and i weigh 210( goal 160) and i am starting my deit tomorrow!! i have been procrastinating for awhile now but i realize now if i don't do it now i will never do it! so if anyone wanna just give some good exercies or somtrhing it would be great and thanx to everyone who has given me some tips! ill write again to tell you how im doing every couple days thaNX

good luck on losing weight, its hard a lot. drink a lot of water, and running really helps (i know its pretty simple sounding but it definitely helps) and cut down on fatty stuff and soda. if you have any questions, comment back and ill give you my IM
